Who Plus is worth it for
Plus is worth it if ChatGPT is an everyday work tool: more messages with the stronger models, file and data analysis, image generation and agent features. For occasional short questions, Plus mostly pays for capacity you don't need.
When an alternative is better
If you write or code a lot, Claude Pro (€21.42) is a real alternative. If you use Gmail and Google Docs, Google AI Pro (€21.99) gives you extra storage too. If you only need ChatGPT via the API, paying per use can be cheaper.
